These terms are written for responsible use of a lightweight public exposure checker. They are not legal advice.
Authorized use
Use this tool only for domains you own, administer, or have explicit permission to test.
Basic checks only
Results are informational and limited to public configuration signals. They do not prove that a website is secure or insecure.
Scheduled scan limitations
Scheduled scans collect approximate periodic public observations. Run times may vary, network failures may occur, and the service does not guarantee continuous availability, real-time detection, or complete security coverage.
Human review scope
The founding agency pilot includes one combined human-reviewed priority summary across the included websites. Automated scans and generated reports are not separate weekly professional audits or penetration tests.
Customer responsibility
The website owner or authorized technician is responsible for reviewing recommendations, deciding whether a change is appropriate, testing it safely, and approving any production modification. ProveFixed does not make automatic production changes.
No harmful activity
Do not use the scanner to harass services, bypass controls, exploit systems, or perform unauthorized reconnaissance.
No warranty
The app is provided as-is. You are responsible for validating results and deciding which actions are appropriate for your environment.
